口语评分标准

语言准确性

语法和用词的准确性、语法结构的复杂性、词汇的丰富程度、发音的准确性。

话语的长短和连贯性

内容的连贯性、寻找合适词语而造成的停顿频率及长短、表达思想的语言长短等。

语言的灵活性和适合性

语言表达是否灵活、自然，话语是否得体，语言能否与语境、动能和目的相适应。

成绩评判标准

优秀：能用外语就指定的话题进行口头交流，基本没有困难。

良好：能用外语就指定的题材进行口头交流，虽有些困难，但不影响交流。

及格：能用外语就指定的话题进行简单的口头交流。

不及格：不具有口头表达能力。

MBA复试口语注意事项

1.问候语必不可少，主动打招呼。

2.很多问题都是可以融会贯通的，比如问题“工作期间令你印象最深的是什么？”和问题“你最喜欢自己的哪个项目成果”是可以稍微改变，使用同一个答案的。

3.在表述自己的优点的时候不要过于夸张，老师们招的是学生，你们几斤几两他们还是很清楚的。踏实、细心、条理分明、吃苦耐劳、沉着冷静、逻辑思维强均可。同理，在表述自己的缺点的时候也不要太实诚，说自己笨、学习能力不强、反应慢、不喜欢与人沟通交流、不喜欢上课、不喜欢看书、爱哭脆弱都是不可取的。

4.将我们的语气词then、emmm、e换成OK，yes，but，so，you can see，you know等。

5.老师在你介绍的时候很有可能会打断你，所以要随时做好被打断的准备，跟着老师的询问走。

6.遇到有一些没有准备过暂时不知道怎么回答的，可以请示老师能否给一分钟思考一下。

7.活用你笔试写作文的技巧和单词，你会发现口语很简单。

8.结束语一定要有，基本的礼貌必不可少，“That’s all about me. Thank you for your attention.”

9.声音洪亮，举止大方，保证能够与每个老师都有眼神交流。

10.自信的人最美最有魅力，幽默化解尴尬的人分数一定不会低。
