Your own strength:  

In my opinion, my advantage is that I have a strong team spirit. In my daily work, I need to cooperate with different departments and different people. So as to be able to complete the work better. Weaknesses: 

In my opinion, my weakness is the lack of theoretical knowledge in management. This led me use more work experience in my work. During this period, I also made some mistakes. First, I have been working as a computer programmer for five years. To be specific, I did systemanalysis, trouble shooting and provide software support. After that, I was promoted to be the supervisor of a data analysis team. Now, I am the head of the designing  department and lead a team of 26people.

注意：

考官问到关于工作职位，内容等话题，尽量不要只简单回答类似I am a computer programmer. 就结束回答，应该尽量在这种能提前准备的话题上多说一点，给考官留下尽可能好的印象。

What motivates you the most?（什么最能激励你？）

Ifeel motivated if I can use my abilities successfully. I believe that everybody has special abilities andt alents. I feel proud when I do my best to apply my abilities to some thing important. If I am successful and my work can be recognized, I am especially happy. But even if I do not succeed, or only partially succeed, I am still glad that I at least did my best.

At my last job I once wrote a detailed report that the Director needed for an important meeting. It took me one week to complete the report. On the last day, when I completed the report, a computer virus infected my computer and destroyed the file. I had not made a backup copy. I spent the whole weekend rewriting the report so that it would be ready on Monday for the Director’s meeting.
